We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased. In this case, you can of course make use of your right of return. We are also happy to help you in cases of guarantee or warranty claims.
You can return your order to us within 30 days.

Processing time
The processing of a return and the refund of the amount paid can take up to 14 days. As a rule, we are much faster here.
Please note that all ordered goods must be returned with the corresponding label and their original packaging. If the goods have been used, worn, washed or damaged, we are not obliged to take them back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If we have accepted your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming the refund for your return. If you have purchased on account, we will reduce your payment according to the amount of the refund. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the corresponding amount. We will always transfer your refund to the account from which you made the payment, i.e. either your bank account, credit card account or PayPal account. If this is not possible in individual cases, for example if your credit card is no longer valid, we will ask you for your bank account details.
Free return shipment
We take care of all return shipping for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
Please note that this only applies to returns of goods purchased on this website. Returns of goods that were not purchased on this website will be returned to the sender for a fee.
