Terms & Conditions: Giveaway "Win a FUJIFILM instax mini 12 in Pastel Blue"

Organiser: AstorMueller AG, Chamerstrasse 50, CH-6331 Hünenberg, service@bugatti-shoes.com. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Eligibility: Persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany or Austria. Employees of AstorMueller AG and participating agencies, as well as their relatives, are excluded. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

Entry periods:

  • Round 1: 26.10.2026 to 01.11.2026, 23:59 (CET), draw on 02.11.2026
  • Round 2: 02.11.2026 to 08.11.2026, 23:59 (CET), draw on 09.11.2026
  • Round 3: 09.11.2026 to 15.11.202, 23:59 (CET), draw on 16.11.2026

How to enter: Follow @bugattishoesofficial (in Round 2, also follow @[Creator]) and answer the question in the respective giveaway post with a comment. Each person receives one entry per round; additional comments do not increase the chance of winning. Entry in all rounds is allowed, but each person can win only one prize in total. Entries via multiple or fake accounts are excluded.

Prize: 1× FUJIFILM instax mini 12 in Pastel Blue per round. No cash alternative, no exchange, no choice of colour. Shipping only within Germany and Austria. FUJIFILM is neither the organiser nor a partner of this giveaway.

Draw and notification: Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries and notified exclusively via direct message from @bugattishoesofficial. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn. The winner's username will only be shown in our Stories with their consent.

⚠️ Beware of fake accounts: We only contact winners via @bugattishoesofficial and will never ask for payment details or ask you to click on links.

Exclusion and termination: We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms or manipulate the giveaway. In such cases, a prize may also be revoked retrospectively. We further reserve the right to modify or end the giveaway early for technical or legal reasons.

Data protection: The controller is AstorMueller AG. We process your Instagram username and comment to run the giveaway and, for winners, additionally name, address and email for shipping (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is only shared with the shipping provider and deleted after delivery, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
