You can return your order to us within 30 days.
For quick and smooth processing, please tell us the item, number and reason for the return.
The processing of a return and the reimbursement of the amount paid may take up to 14 days . As a rule, we are much faster here from here.
Please note that all ordered goods must be returned with the associated label and its original packaging. If the goods have been used, worn, washed or damaged, we are not obliged to take them back.
Refund of the purchase amount
Once we've accepted your return, we'll send you an email confirming the refund for your return. If you bought on account, we will reduce your payment according to the amount of the reimbursement stated. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount. We always transfer your repayment to the account from which you made the payment, i.e. either your bank account, credit card account or PayPal account. If this is not possible in individual cases, for example if your credit card is no longer valid, we will ask you for a bank account.
We take over the complete return shipping for the countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
Please note that this only applies to returns of goods purchased on this website. Returns of goods that were not purchased on this website will be returned to the sender for a fee.
