You can return your order to us within 30 days. For quick and smooth processing, please tell us the item, quantity and your reason for return.
It can take up to 14 days to process a return and refund the amount paid. As a rule, we are much faster here. Please note that all ordered goods must be returned with the corresponding label and their original packaging. If the goods have been used, worn, washed or damaged, we are not obliged to take them back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If we have accepted your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming the refund for your return. If you have purchased on account, we will reduce your payment according to the amount of the refund. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the corresponding amount. We will always transfer your refund to the account from which you made the payment, i.e. either your bank account, credit card account or PayPal account. If this is not possible in individual cases, for example if your credit card is no longer valid, we will ask you for your bank account details.
